Alligator and related software
Spectra and sample sets
The following NIR spectra file formats are supported:
- GRAMS SPC files
- ISI NIR and CAL files
- UCal SVF files
Sample sets may also be imported from files in ASCII format.
Prediction software
Models from Alligator can be used in BlueScan. Alligator can write PLS and PCA models in the ISI file format.
Other software
Algorithms from R or Python can be read in Alligator for either
- math pre-treatment of spectra
- prediction or validation
The first in applied in sample set view when spectra are viewed.
The second can be applied in prediction or validation, when a model is selected. Use the button "Open external models".
